The main objective of this laboratory is to capacitate the undergraduate to exercise the history researcher function in all its dimensions, developing the full capacity of the history knowledge and also the practices of amplifying and the propagation of academic production, supplying the social demands towards this science.
We focus on exercising the function of researchers in History, as on our point of view, the work of the teacher and the researcher can only be fully developed when together.
The LEMP follows the thematics of the relation between the armed forces and the politics independently of time or place, studying mainly the State, the military institutions in the Brazilian historical process.
